The short version
All sales are final — except that you may request a full refund within
72 hours of purchase, provided implementation and configuration work has
not yet begun. After that, all sales are final and non-refundable.
72-hour refund window
Because our packages are one-time software and implementation engagements, we begin
allocating resources and scheduling work shortly after purchase. To keep this fair:
- You may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, and only if
implementation or configuration work has not yet begun.
- Once implementation has begun — including scoping deliverables, account provisioning,
storefront/marketing configuration, or any onboarding work — the purchase is
final and non-refundable, even if you are still inside the 72-hour window.
- After 72 hours from purchase, all sales are final regardless of usage or progress.
How to request a refund
To request a refund within the 72-hour window, contact us in writing before implementation
begins:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card
issuer, it may take several business days for the credit to appear.
We make it right
If a component we deliver does not work as described, we will repair, reconfigure,
or re-deliver that component at no additional charge during your support window.
This is a service commitment to make your software work as promised — it is
not a money-back guarantee and does not extend or reopen the 72-hour
refund window.
What is not refundable
- Any package once implementation or configuration work has begun.
- Any purchase after the 72-hour window has passed.
- Third-party fees, domain registrations, or services purchased on your behalf.
- Custom development or add-on work delivered outside the standard package scope.
